Sunday is Mother's Day and do I have the gift ideas for you- blue shorts, white shirt and two relaxing hours of sitting down, no kids, at the nvsl training of her choice (https://www.mynvsl.com/documents?folder_id=28755).

But seriously, training is upon us.  Moms, dads, grandparents, uncles, we need so many parents to run meets.  Please consider certifying as a stroke and turn official.  We also need volunteers that don't require certifications: chief timers, marshalls, you name it- we can find your fit.

Who thinks they can get us to the fastest b meet run time?  Always wanted to get home sooner Mon nights ...let's talk about chief timer!
