Parklawn Pool is offering our members group swim lessons for ages 3 and older—non-swimmers as well as those with limited swimming skills. It’s a great way to learn a new sport and make new friends—children and their parents!

Three Week Sessions Available – June 16th through August 13th

Notes: Our lesson program is for Parklawn Pool members only. We will enroll students based on their age. Students will be placed into smaller group based on their comfort level in the water, readiness for instruction, and abilities. Adjustments will be made to the groups throughout the summer to address skill level and/or group size. 

There are three 3-week sessions, (each session consists of nine classes, Tues, Wed and Thurs of each week).

Session 1: June 23rd through July 9th*

Session 2: July 14^th through July 30th 

Session 3: August 4th through August 20^th 

* No lessons will be held on Wed, July 8th, instead lessons will be held on Monday July 6th

CLASS TIMES

Swimmers ages 3 and 4 as of 6/15/2026    5:30 - 6pm

Swimmers ages 5 and 6 as of 6/15/2026    6 - 6:30pm

Swimmers aged 7 and up as of 6/15/2026  6:30 - 7pm

• Each 3 week session is $125 for first child and $110 for each additional child.
• Families must register for each session separately.
• Any family registering or cancelling their registration within 48 hours of the start of a session will be charged a $10 late registration or cancellation fee.

• Swimmers must be ready to stay in the pool and learn in a group setting, which generally means the swimmers are at least three years old.
• Lesson fees are non-refundable once the session starts.
• There will be no make-up lessons for personal absences, including vacations, camps and illnesses. Any lessons not used in a 3-week session are forfeited and do not carry forward to another session.
• In the event of pool closures due to weather, etc., we will only schedule make-ups classes if more than two classes are cancelled within a three week session.  Make-ups will occur either on Fridays or Mondays, depending on the swim team's schedule, as all of our instructors are members of the team, and the pool is sometimes closed on Monday nights for swim meets.
• Cancellations and make-up lessons will be announced via the Pool and Parklawn Piranhas Facebook pages and Swimtopia by 4:30 pm. No individual emails or calls will be made for cancellations or make-up announcements.
• The lesson schedule will be adjusted for the weeks of July 6th. Because many of our instructors will be attending a swim meet on Wed, July 8th, lessons will be held on Mon July 6th that week.
