Please find attached the list of potential entries for the Todd Potts IM Carnival that will be held on Sunday, July 3 at Forest Hallow Pool. The meet starts at 9 AM (Warm-Up TBD, but likely at around 7:50 AM).

Potential IM Entries. Right now, we have 74 swimmers interested; we are capped at 50 swimmers. Swimmers are seeded by times per each age group, with spots going to the fastest swimmers first. If the other teams attending have open spots, our swimmers may be seeded to fill those lanes. If your swimmer is on the attached potential entries list and no longer plans to swim at the IM Carnival, please let us know at [email protected] no later than 5 PM on June 29. Scratches after this day (unless there is good reason) is considered bad sportsmanship and reflects poorly on our team.

Volunteering is Mandatory. If your swimmer swims at this event, you are expected to Volunteer. Remember the summer uniform is white on blue – wear a white shirt/top over blue shorts/pants/skirts. FYI - If your swimmer is 11/12 or 10U, sign up for the first shift (covering Events 1 through 4). If your swimmer is 13/14 or 15-18, sign up for the second shift (covering Events 5 through 8).

Undeclared Swimmers. We have 16 swimmers who have not declared whether they plan to attend – see attached undeclared swimmer list. If these swimmers would like to be considered for the meet, please email at [email protected] no later than 5 PM on June 29.
